I've mainly lived in the Midwest, but also spent a short time in Canada. I live with my partner, and my platonic life mate and our 3 dogs. I consider myself many things, among them being queer, polyamorous, sober and a safe person to be around. I continually strive to better myself through constant learning. I have been called Sunshine more than once due to my positive outlook on things and I always strive to embody that in my day to day life.

Why did you join the executive committee?

I moved to Sioux Falls the September before SEPSA's inaugural softball season. Before SEPSA, it was hard to feel a sense of belonging within the queer community. SEPSA changed all that. I didn't need to go to bars to meet new friends, I found them on the field.
