All-League Banquet & Awards Ceremony

Our 2nd annual All-League Banquet & Awards Ceremony celebrates all of SEPSA's leagues, teams, players, administration, fans, sponsors, partners, and everyone who helped make the 2024 season a success. 

Friday, October 25th, 2024 Time: 6:30 PM -9:30 PM 

Cost: $40.00 per person 

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

Social hour: 6:30- 7:00 PM appetizers include Meat & Cheese Platter, Bruschetta, & Deviled Eggs.

Dinner: 7:00 PM Menu: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Meaty Penne Marinara, Bread, and House Salad w/choice of dressing.

Presentations begin at 8:00 PM

Voting: Per section 4.2.7 of the ByLaws, the board has deemed it appropriate there is no need to host the election for all 2024 positions which are now unopposed. Officer positions this year included: President, Secretary, & Chief Information Officer. 

Nominations were due before the August 10th board meeting. Nominees for Chief Information Officer (Jacob Grimes) and Secretary (Rebecca Westra) have informed the board of their decision to withdraw their respective nominations.

*2024 eligible voting members included those who registered via LeagueApps in any of the following:
-Sioux Empire PSA- Kickball 2024 season
-Sioux Empire PSA- Softball 2024 season.
-Sioux Empire PSA Sponsored Volleyball Team at NetBinders Volleyball.
-Sioux Empire PSA- Bowling Winter 2024 season.
-Sioux Empire PSA- Bowling Fall 2023 season.
-and/or any LeagueApps registered NON-Player from October 8th, 2023 - September 30th, 2024
