Sponsorship Director

Appointed in May - Open Posiiton

  • Responsible for soliciting sponsorship/donations for the corporation
  • Communicate the corporation's mission statement to local businesses to cross-promote
  • Update the Board of Directors with sponsorship leads and status updates
  • Direct all donation funds with commitment level (donation form) to the Treasurer for processing
  • Reports directly to the Treasurer
  • Chair of the sponsorship committee
  • Maintain accurate SEPSA business in shared resources e.g Google Drive with ownership set to SEPSA admin.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Marketing Director

Recruitment Director

Appointed in May - Jessie Fitzgerald

  • Communicate the corporation's mission statement to recruit members
  • Develop recruitment strategies for all leagues within SEPSA.
  • Responsible for recruitment of members for all sports leagues
  • Chair of recruitment sub committee
  • Reports directly to Vice-President
  • Maintain accurate SEPSA business in shared resources e.g Google Drive with ownership set to SEPSA admin.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Communications Director

Appointed in October - Open Posiiton

  • Execute all social media marketing strategies and content marketing
  • Responsible for all social media posts/replies/direct messages
  • May serve as the key spokesperson and media contact for the corporation
  • Reports directly to Director of Business Development
  • Adhere to corporations mission statements to any and all communications
  • Chair of communications committee
  • Maintain accurate SEPSA business in shared resources e.g Google Drive with ownership set to SEPSA admin.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Community Volunteer Director

Appointed in October - Deandra Ruff

  • Maintain accurate list of interested members who wish to volunteer.
  • Acquire opportunities for members to volunteer.
  • Reports directly to the Secretary
  • Maintain continuous communication with board of directors, volunteers, and outside organization contacts.
  • Maintain accurate SEPSA business in shared resources e.g Google Drive with ownership set to SEPSA admin.
  • Additional duties as assigned
