All-League Banquet & End-of-Season Awards Ceremony

Celebrate all of SEPSA's 2023 leagues, teams, players, administration, fans, sponsors, partners, and everyone who helped make this season a success.

Our first annual All-League Banquet & Awards Ceremony. *Eligible members will also Vote for 2 officer positions this year, Vice President & Treasurer.

Voting will be open to eligible members even if you do not attend the banquet.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

Voting: Opens at 2:00 PM and Closes at 6:00 PM for eligible members only. Registration to the event is not required to vote, however, entrance inside the event space is for those who have paid and registered.

Cocktail hour: 5:00 -6:00 PM (Cash Bar Service) APPS INCLUDED

Dinner: 6:00 PM, Menu: CHEF CARVED GARLIC ENCRUSTED PRIME RIB THAT HAS BEEN SLOW ROASTED OVERNIGHT ▪ CREAMY PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN ▪ RANCH SEASONED RED JACKET POTATOES ▪ GREEN BEANS ALMONDINE ▪ FRESH DINNER ROLLS WITH BUTTER ▪ MIXED GARDEN GREEN SALAD WITH DRESSINGS & TOPPINGS, & Chef’s Choice Dessert

Presentations begin: 7:00 PM

DJ Music/Dance celebration & Late Night Snacks: 9:00-11:00 PM 

Bar closes: 10:45 PM

Cost: $40.00 per person + 3.2 % Processing fee,

Included in the fee: Cocktail hour appetizers, Dinner Meal, & Late night snacks

Winter Bowling 2023 (January 15th, 2023 - March 26th, 2023)
Winter Volleyball 2023 (March 4th, 2023 - April 15th, 2023)
Softball 2023 (April 23rd, 2023 - July 23rd, 2023)
Kickball 2023 (August 5th, 2023 - September 24th, 2023)
