2026 Countdown

Mark your calendars, the SEC tournament will be on August 8th and 9th of 2026! Check out all the details below!

Registration:

- NO PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
- Must receive payment by Friday, July 31, 2026
- Pay by check- send checks to:
  - SEPSA, PO Box 88657, Sioux Falls, SD 57109
  - Please make check out to SEPSA
  - In memo line write SEC and Your Team Name
- You can also pay using credit card in League Apps

iPride Softball Rating Guidelines:

- C Division: All teams rated 130 or lower; no players rated above a 14
- D Division: All teams rated 95 or lower; no players rated above a 10
- E Division: All teams rated 60 or lower; no players rated above a 6
- Final division breakdown and team assignments are at the discretion of the tournament directors based on the number of teams registered and to create parity where possible
- We will use ratings submitted to iPride Portal when verifying rosters

USA Softball Rules

Sioux Empire Classic will abide by USA Softball rules, except as modified in the Sioux Empire Classic Tournament Rules. (2026 Rules Doc)

Ratings

We will follow the 2025 iPride Softball Guidelines for team and player rating caps. Submit your 2025 player ratings when completing the official team roster.

We are happy to share that we have partnered with Experience Sioux Falls, showcasing our wonderful city and its offerings. They are providing each player with a welcoming bag at registration and will be available to answer questions you may have during your stay. We thank them and welcome you to Sioux Falls.

Team Rosters

Roster forms will be emailed to team manager, must be completed by 9 pm Friday July 31, 2 weeks prior to the tournament

Hotel Information

SEPSA has reserved a block of rooms at the host hotel- Holiday Inn Sioux Falls- City Centre at a rate of $149 per night, parking included, for King or 2 Queen rooms from 8/7-8/9. To take advantage of discounted rates, contact the Reservation Department at 605-339-2000 and identify yourself as part of Sioux Empire Pride Sports Association.
